Well there are different types of Love: Phileo, Agape and eros... So far these are the three Love I know.. I think theres more.....
Phileo, Agape and eros are Hebrew words.
Phileo - Really Love / Desire
Agape - Choice of decision for someone
Eros - Man & Women
Heres the difference of Phileo and Agape

-Discriminatory
-Conditional
-Pleasure
-Inconsistent
-Liking
-Because of
-Fails
Agape
-volitional (By choice)
-Non-discriminatory
-Unconditional
-Preciousness
-Consistent/ Disciplined
-prizing
-In spite of
-Never Fails
Well, God's love is Agape Love!
I've been praying for the heart of Agape these few days.. God says Love one another
Love your neighbor as yourself- Mark 12:31
Also check out Matthew 10:8 , 1Peter 1:22 and John 13:34-35
