I went to planetshakers live at cornerstone church 2 days ago. I didn't know what to expect at first till Darren said something like, expect something out of the service and you'll get something out of it.
I expected to meet God during the service and I was feeling pretty affected by some stuff in school on friday and God really did speak to me through the service!
What the worship leader said during either praise or worship that helped me stand up again from the hurts i got on friday was this: "... No matter what your circumstance is, I'm not talking about having a breakthrough tonight. What I'm saying is that no matter what the circumstance is, let's still praise God because there is Freedom in the name of Jesus! ..."
another thing I learnt that night was to position yourself ready for God to come. And to hold on to my dreams!

Hey friends , thanks for caring for me when I was feeling low. I guess I was pretty far from God for quite awhile. My quiet time died and all.. trying to build up that discipline again. One reason why i felt down in my previous post, i guess it had the words I've been speaking. So I gave myself a challenge on sat (quite awhile after I posted my previous post). To speak edifying words from that day to the end of February. So that by then the discipline to speak edifying words would have been sunk in me.
