Will I continue to praise Him?

Ytd, Small Ben, Pi Ying, Abby and myself went to the beach for fun. we ended up staying there till dinner time den we went downtown.
While we were at the beach in the afternoon, we took retarded videos and later part worship b4 we left.
God used Pi Ying to speak to me. Abby, ben and pi ying were at the shore looking at some stuff. While I sat on the rocks, as i sat there i was actually feeling disappointed and sad about something that happened earlier that day. I knew God allowed things to happen for a reason. But I felt that I needed His comfort. So I prayed for Him to speak. Den awhile later, Pi Ying came and started playing 'Heart Of Worship' on the guitar and I felt God asking me :"music is only way to worship me. Despite all thats happened , will you continue to praise Me?"
That night after we all went home, something else happened and I felt assured.
I guess like what was preached on sat, we grow in God one step at a time. God doesn't want us to break down from such things.
