Well, today was the first day of school. It was a fun day. This afternoon on my way back from the MRT, I saw 2 boys at a playground having fun and I was feeling like, kids are naturally happy.. But youths not all the time.. I read this book and it said youths feel things strongly.. I guess thats why theres a term emo.. haha..
This evening during my chines tuition, towards the end I started to feel weak spiritually..
And decided to spend time with God. And yea, was a great time with God alone in my room.

Why can't we be like kids where we are always happy?

School was great, I guess we grow spiritually when we're in school.

I can't believe yesterday was Sunday.

How to live everyday as a Saturday? Why can't I feel peace when I think of school like in church or during the hols? Why are there so many things in school to commit to? Why cant the study system here be like in Aust?

HAPPY BIRTH DAY KENNETH! HAha! had a crazy day ytd..
Cos of some miscommunication, we accidentally got four cakes for Kenneth Heng haha! suppose to be 2. But anyway 4 was better! hhaha! 3 was prank cakes and 1 proper cake. HAha we sang 'we are on a mission' and then I splat the 1st prank cake onto Kenneth's face haha!
Den Benton helped me splat more! haha! den i was attacked by Kenneth.. He rubbed his face onto mine.. haha! den we splatted more onto him. And he ate the 2 prank cakes and lastly the proper one. haha! The night before, i stayed at cy's house.

This morning, I woke up with a cool hair style :D

Den i helped my father buy newspaper. my sis was gonna jog. so i decided to skate while she jogged and help my dad buy the papers on the way back:D

Den at 2pm this afternoon, meeting for school project. I feel closer to my classmates through all these :D

Praise God:D

Gonna cut my hair tmr.. After CIP in school.. and den cut my hair.. Gonna miss it.
Den got cell at night :D

I feel that I've been judging people quickly..
And that shouldn't be the case..

"Dear God I pray that You help me not judge people so quickly and by what I see from the outside.. In Jesus name Amen."

One thing is that I gotta change my whole view about school and school friends.. I always felt that almost all school friends are the worst friends. But today during a meeting of science and geog project and I felt that it was fun being with school friends and I gotta start reaching out to them.
Although they can be unreasonable at times but lets still love them!

Think of it in this point of view, most of them don't know God and thats why life to them is boring and stuff.. So lets not blame them but be a light to them and let them see the difference in us.

I always hear in Church the speaker saying that when you become a Christian your life wont be trouble-free but you'll be free in the face of troubles. But I never really understood that until recently.. My chinese tuition teacher always say im happy. Even on days when im troubled or when im down.. Recently as I think about it, I finally understand what the speaker means by when you become a Christian you'll be free in the face of problems!

Most of us when we're down or all the time, we just talk to God may in the bus or wherever,
but imagine if there was no one to talk to when we're alone.
Thats the position that non-believers are at! Let's not hate them when they sound sian to study and stuff. Its usual that we may get angry with them but thats ok! Why? Because God created us to have emotions so its normal and not wrong to get angry. But lets not get angry and hate them!

Aww man..... schools starting soon.. not sure how things will be but praying about it..

Won't be in Singapore till Tuesday.. Leaving tmr morning.. When I come back its like, a few days b4 sch. Gonna go Ah Peh's house next Sunday. He say his new house got skate park downstairs. haha cool man!

Yea, tdy went out with big and small Ben, Kenneth Han and Joyjoy.
Haha. had alot of fun at the beach, especially splashing water at each other. Haha!
Den after that we sent Joyjoy home and walked past redhouse.
Irritating insects..
Tmr will be project work meeting with school friends.. i don't know how things would turn out and really praying about it.

Went to skate with Dale and 2 of his friends this evening. Had fun learning 'the manual' and 'ollie'

We all have a spiritual tank that needs to be filled regularly, find out what fills yours!
It could be stuff like, fishing, going out with friends, going to the beach and more!
Mine is skating, playing the guitar and going out with friends and more.
If your not sure what fills ur spiritual tank, pray to God to show you what fills your tank!

Words are very important and strong.
God created the Earth with words, "let there be light, and there was light"
So every word that comes out of our mouth, lets use to pull someone up and not to pull someone down.

Simple words like, fool, idiot, loser, etc... can pull someone down.
Some of you may think, must get use to it mah, next time grow up will have this kind of things in the world.
Yes that is true but lets not follow the ways of this world!
Some people come to Church for healing, and imagine if someone comes up and cast down words of discouragement upon that person, how do you think that person will feel?

Friends are the reason why people backslide and why people come to Christ.
Lets go there and be a friend and help those hurt ones!

I remember Pastor Joyce once said that if we hurt others its like hurting God.
something like that..

In whatever we do, lets know our limits although at time we may go too far but lets try our best to know our limits to a joke, etc...

I'm not trying to shoot anyone here, but as a friend or a brother in Christ, I want to create this awareness to you guys out there.

Tdy's Superlife service was cool! With all the helpers jumping on stage at the end of 2nd service when playing the last song!

And we went to SuperDog after that and got scolded for being noisy

Reflect Camp '08

As i look back at all that has happened during camp, i feel that i've grown through it.
the 1st day/ 2nd june i was struggling with myself spiritually and on the 2nd and 3rd day was more of fun. on the 1st day was the 1st time i ever seen the devil try to attack like crazy..

Chee Yann- Great chairman of the camp! Tx for letting me be in the camp committee, It had helped me spiritually too. And you really plan things well and calculate fast! :D

Ben lee- Hey bro! Great drumming! Tx for starting me up on elec last year! Now having fun playing it. Continue to teach the kids music! And I'll support you in ushering ministry during my break too once in awhile. :D

Darren- Hey Darren! Nice knowing you! Tx for supporting me whenever I'm down.
And tx for sharing on the way back to church after night game! Ur someone I can share with quite well. :D

Pi Ying- Hey! U changed alot since last year! Continue to sing for God! U have a great voice!

David- Hey David! Got closer to you cos of this camp! Continue to seek God and love the people around you and don't feel discouraged when people look down on you. Just be urself! :D

After camp..

I miss camp, with all the kids running around and stuff..
Last night the camp coms packed up and ordered macs to church which took about 1 hr to come..
We had a great time of sharing and all were laughing abouts Cy's tortoise..

Had a Good time together as camp com.. After 2nd service, we went to the camp com room and got ready stuff for next few days, overall, camp was great. camp coms stayed on 1st june, 1 day b4 camp. here are some photos, enjoy :)
